COMPRESSOR MONITORING TOOL
Compressor monitoring is an important part of Natref’s rotating equipment asset health and maintenance cycle. Historically, this was done using a series of spreadsheets that had to be manually refreshed to display the latest information. Only real-time data could be viewed, meaning that a separate historian had to be used in conjunction with the spreadsheets. Changes and change management were also a nightmare to manage as multiple versions of the spreadsheets existed, and different versions were being used by different users.
Our solution took the existing spreadsheets and transformed them into a complete digital solution. The solution allowed all of the compressor's data to be viewed automatically in real-time, with access to all historical data. If changes are required, they are made on a single server that once deployed, affects all users.
